Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to all subscriptions purchased through the GlucoCoachAI mobile application and website. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscription and Billing
GlucoCoachAI offers a 14-day free trial, followed by a recurring monthly subscription of $9.99.
Billing Details Required by Apple & Google:
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscription pricing and availability may change in the future. If pricing changes, you will receive notice as required by store policies.
• Subscriptions provide access only to premium in-app features and services.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Canceling prevents further charges, but access to premium features will continue until the end of the already-paid billing period. No partial-month or pro‑rated refunds are issued.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are managed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted directly through these platforms.
GlucoCoachAI, LLC does not issue refunds or process billing adjustments.
5. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and may also be communicated through the app.
